at entry to Diploma courses is 16 yrs and above after successful completion
of schooling with GCE 'O' Level or Equivalent. The candidate thus completing
Diploma course or GCE 'A' Level or Equivalent can then proceed for Higher
level Diploma course and thereafter Advanced Diploma course.
